-Canceling within 24hrs of your appointment will result in charging your card on file 50% of your service. -No shows (I allow a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled time) results in charging your card on file 100% of your service. If your just late but will be past the 15min grace period there will be $10 extra dollars added to the total of your appointment. (Explanation of deposits - Expect a deposit, it’s to secure your time and day. Any deposits sent does go towards your total, it’s not an extra charge. Its also non refundable, deposits are made every appointment & during prebooking.) (Explanation of my 24hrs policy- As a small business starting out it’s hard to fulfill a spot thats cancelled in such short notice so 24hrs gives me time to try to fill canceled spots). Also no guests allowed in my room when getting serviced I do have a waiting area if there’s someone with you. If it’s a child, above age 7 you can bring them.
